CJC-1295 without DAC (also known as Modified GRF 1-29 or Mod GRF) is a synthetic growth hormone-releasing hormone analog that lacks the Drug Affinity Complex modification. Without DAC, this peptide has a much shorter half-life of approximately 30 minutes, requiring more frequent administration but providing more precise control over GH release timing. The peptide contains the same amino acid modifications as CJC-1295 with DAC (substitutions at positions 2, 8, 15, 27, and 28) that prevent enzymatic degradation by dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPP-IV). This version is often preferred by researchers who want to mimic natural pulsatile GH secretion more closely.
